Lancefield Quay Policies
1. Payment should be made in full in advance of your stay at the time of booking.

2. Bookings must be cancelled 30 days in advance. 95% of the booking amount will be refunded by cheque ( the 5% deduction is to cover administration and credit card charges incurred).

3. Any damage/ breakages are the responsibility of the guests booking the apartment and where appropriate shall include a charge for any period the apartment is out of service during the period of repair or replacement.

4. All electricity and gas used are included in price.

5. Keys will be provided in advance and you will be responsible for returning them at the end of your stay. Check in from 3pm, and check out by 11am on day of departure.

6. No pets allowed.

7. The maximum ooccupancy at the apartment is 6.
