This contemporary apartment has retained many of its period features including stained glass windows, original fireplace surround and wood panelling adding distinctive character and classical charm.

This apartment is fully equipped with modern facilities including freeview TV with 30 channels, VCR and DVD player and a Wi-Fi broadband connection. The kitchen is fully equipped and also includes washing machine, dishwasher and microwave.

This is essentially a one bedroom apartment but can sleep up to 3 people. The guestroom is complete with queen-sized bed and ample storage facilities. On street parking is available for guests and excellent bus and subway services are nearby.

Queensgate Apartment's Policies


1. Tariff - The tariff includes all utilities, bed linens and towels. For longer lets, fresh linens and towels will be provided regularly and the apartment given a light tidy. Short breaks are calculated as a percentage of the weekly tariff. 3 nights 60%, 4 nights 70%, 5 nights 80%, 6 nights 90%

2. Payment - A 20% deposit is required on booking with the remainder due 28 days* before arrival. Bookings made less than 28 days prior to arrival must be paid in full. *Special conditions may apply to longer lets.

3. Cancellation In the event of a cancellation payments will only be refunded if the accommodation can be re-booked. An administration charge of £20 will be deducted from any refund. Visitors are advised to purchase travel insurance which covers cancellation costs.

4. Arrivals/Departures - Unless previously arranged, arrival time is from 3pm onwards, and the apartment must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.

5. Cleaning Visitors should leave the apartment clean and tidy. Alternatively, a £25 cleaning charge may be applied.

6. Breakages and Losses - Damages, breakages or losses should be reported to the owners before departure. Repair or replacement will be charged at cost.

7. - Smoking Queensgate Apartments have a strict no smoking policy. Visitors must refrain from smoking in the premises.

8. Occupancy/Access - Visitors must not exceed the number of people stipulated for the property, and must not use the premises as a party venue. The owners retain the right of access to the apartment.

9. Owners Discretion The owners reserve the right to refuse a booking, or to terminate a let should these terms and conditions not be met or if unreasonable behaviour or disturbance is caused during the let.
